DH Rule Final Result

Final Decision

After a lot of votes were tallied it was confirmed in a pretty much landslide victory that the National League will use the DH system for their hitting, which means the pitcher hitting system after over 100 plus years is dead. The sole DH hitting era will let good hitters, but bad defenders showcase their talents on a more wide array of teams. It is guessed the NL will use this year to gage what it's like to have DH lineups all year round and not have to make the pitcher hit.

Many have applauded the decision to move to sole DH, but some are very opposed to it, namely many NL and AL Pitchers that actually enjoy hitting and are good hitters. They've been pissed about the voting for a while and are now even more upset that it passed through the admins. As the 2017 season rolls on we will see how the sole DH rule takes effect in the NL and see how successful it is.
