Winning: Tampa Bay Rays

At the start of this season many teams were pegged as below average, not that good, and horrible. But as the year has started these teams have actually shine unexpectedly. Most notably, the Tampa Bay Rays who are in a rebuild have actually garnered a winning record of 21-20. But along with there record the Rays have also done something no one would've expected them to do and that's be the first team to get ten complete games this season, as they have 11 as of now. Also the Rays have a starter that has really led there team since the opening of the season and that's there fifth starter Matt Harrison. Matt 31, is 4-1 with a sub 3 ERA, in the 6 games he has started in this year he has 4 complete games with one shutout. If Harrison can continue leading the Rays rotation and if some other players
can help along the way I can see the Rays fighting for a Wild Card spot in 2017.
